HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW PRODUCTS?

IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

  • We have created our site with you privacy and security in mind.  All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.  We do not store your credit card information and we will never share or sell your information to any third party.  The information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

  • Yes!  We sure do!  We value our international customers and try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible.  Please note, we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipment, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

  • Yes!  We are committed to using environmentally conscious studio practices and minimizing our impact on the environment.  We take pride in reusing or recycling almost everything in our workspace and employing eco-friendly techniques.  As we move forward, we will continue to seek out the latest in environmentally friendly innovations relevant to our business.
  • Most of our paper goods are printed on recycled or FSC Certified papers with eco-friendly printing techniques from local printing companies.
  • Our protective card sleeves are 100% biodegradeable.
  • Our card boxes are 100% recyclable.
  • Products are purchased from and made in the USA.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

  • Please accept our apologies.  We are not currently providing a gift wrapping service.

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

  • ORDER PROCESS FOR PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE:
  • After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the order and gather any additional pictures or information we may need.  Upon receiving the necessary materials, we will create your piece and email you a proof in PDF format.  You will be required to approve the proof.  From there, we will send the design to production and notify you when it is ready to ship... Hooray!
  • ORDER PROCESS FOR CUSTOM MERCHANDISE:

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT YOU ABOUT CUSTOM WORK?

  • Please CONTACT US as soon as possible.  All custom work is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Due to the highly specialized nature of what we do, each project takes quite a bit of time and attention to detail and only allows us to take on a limited number of projects annually.  While we will make every effort to accommodate you, project timelines are determined by pending projects... and the sooner you reach out to us, the better!

WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY WORDING?

  • Once you have decided to order personalized or ONE-OF-A-KIND paper goods, we will email you for your wording.  We are happy to help you choose what to say if that is a service you should require.  It is imperative that you provide and active email address where we can easily contact you.

CAN YOU ASSIST ME WITH ETIQUETTE & WORDING?

  • Yes!  No matter how casual or formal your event is, etiquette and wording is essential.  Your invitation sets the tone for your event and reflects you as an individual.  If you are in need of assistance in this area, don't hesitate to ask... we'd love to help you!

WILL I SEE A PROOF?

  • Yes!  All personalized and custom orders will receive an emailed proof in PDF format, generally within two weeks of purchase.  You will be required to approve the proof.  From there, we will send your products to production and notify you when they are ready to ship... Hooray!

CAN I ORDER INVITATION SAMPLES?

  • Yes!  Sample packs are available for $8.  Samples are filled at random and are based on availability.  Please CONTACT US if you would like to receive samples.  

WHEN SHOULD I MAIL MY PARTY INVITATIONS?

  • Party invitations are best sent 2-3 weeks before your event.  Any earlier, people might forget... any later, they might be booked!
  • When ordering invitations and time sensitive paper goods, please consider the amount of time it will take you to stuff, address and mail your envelopes.

WHEN SHOULD I MAIL MY SAVE-THE-DATES & WEDDING INVITATIONS?

  • We recommend sending save-the-dates six to twelve months before your wedding date.  While there is no set time to send these date keepers, the-sooner-the-better generally applies.  If you are having a destination wedding or many of your guests will require travel arrangements, it is best to get them out early.
  • Wedding invitations are typically sent out 6-8 weeks before your event.
  • When ordering invitations and time sensitive paper goods, please consider the amount of time it will take you to stuff, address and mail your envelopes.

I DON'T SEE MY WEDDING COLORS... CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN?

  • Many of the standard design colors can be changed.  Please CONTACT US for more information.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?

  • We print on a variety of very cool card stocks!  These range from textured to metallic.  All of our standard products are printed on these papers at random, which means you end up with a unique assortment.
  • Personalized products can be printed on metallic linen card stock or a matte card stock.
  • We are happy to discuss paper options with our ONE-OF-A-KIND clients to best fit any and all design needs.

DO YOU OFFER LETTERPRESS PRINTING?

  • YES! We will be excited to discuss these options with you!  We offer a number of specialty printing processes including letterpress, screen printing, thermography and engraving.

CAN YOU WORK WITH MY BUDGET?

  • Yes!  We are happy to honor your budget and discuss all available options within it.  Many factors that affect cost are quantities, sizes, printing methods, enclosures and embellishments.  Please note, we will continue to add STANDARD WEDDING SUITES to our line-up for more economical options.

DO YOU WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS?

  • Yes!  We have worked with a number of international clients and value their business!  For international orders, we correspond primarily through email.  We try to ensure the lowest possible shipping rates for our far-away friends.  Please note, we are not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed.  Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
