IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
- We have created our site with you privacy and security in mind. All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate. We do not store your credit card information and we will never share or sell your information to any third party. The information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
- Yes... We sure do! We value our international customers and try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. Please note, we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipment, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

We take pride in reusing or recycling almost everything in our workspace and employing eco-friendly techniques. As we move forward, we will continue to seek out the latest in environmentally friendly innovations relevant to our business.
- Most of our paper goods are printed on recycled or FSC Certified papers with eco-friendly printing techniques from local printing companies.
- Our protective card sleeves are 100% biodegradeable.
- Our card boxes are 100% recyclable.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
- Wrapping is available and priced upon request. Please inquire about wrapping prior to your purchase.
CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?
- While we are a small company, our family of retailers is expanding! Our products can be found in a handful of exquisite stores across the United States. HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?
- ORDER PROCESS FOR PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE:
- After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the order. Please note that it is imperative that an active email address is provided so we can contact you should questions arise.
- Personalized stationery and art print orders will be processed and shipped immediately. Unless you reach out directly (and immediately)- or we have questions- you will not receive a proof prior to printing/shipping.
- Personalized invitation orders will receive an emailed PDF proof prior to printing. Customers are expected to review proofs for accuracy. Once approved, we will send the design to production and notify you when it is ready to ship... Hooray!
- ORDER PROCESS FOR CUSTOM MERCHANDISE:

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT YOU ABOUT CUSTOM WORK?
- Please CONTACT US as soon as possible. All custom work is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to the highly specialized nature of what we do, each project takes quite a bit of time and attention to detail and only allows us to take on a limited number of projects annually. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, project timelines are determined by pending projects... and the sooner you reach out to us, the better!
WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY WORDING?
- Wording for personalized paper goods should be submitted in the notes section of the checkout process. For holiday cards, invitations and more involved products, we will reach out to you via email and you can respond with your pictures and/or personalized information. Should you need to change your information after you have placed your order, please CONTACT US immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your change.
CAN I ORDER INVITATION SAMPLES?
- Samples are available upon request. Please CONTACT US with a little bit of information about what you are looking for and we can assemble a packet for you. Please note that samples based on availability and charges may apply.
