      HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW PRODUCTS?

      IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

      • We have created our site with you privacy and security in mind.  All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.  We do not store your credit card information and we will never share or sell your information to any third party.  The information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.

      DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

      • Yes... We sure do!  We value our international customers and try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible.  Please note, we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipment, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

        DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

        • Wrapping is available and priced upon request.  Please inquire about wrapping prior to your purchase.

        CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

        • While we are a small company, our family of retailers is expanding!  Our products can be found in a handful of exquisite stores across the United States.  Please contact us for specific stores and locations.  If you are a retailer interested in our products, please CONTACT US for WHOLESALE information.


        HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

        • ORDER PROCESS FOR PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE:
        • It is imperative that an active email address is provided so we can contact you should questions arise.
        • Personalized stationery, art print and notepad orders will be processed and typically ship within a week.
        • Personalized charcuterie boards, acrylic stir sticks and acrylic names/name pins will be processed and typically ship in 1-2 weeks.
        • Personalized acrylic trays, coasters and keychains typically ship in 2-3 weeks.
        • Personalized cocktail napkins typically ship in 6-8 weeks.
        • Custom watercolor bouquet trays typically ship in 6 months.
        • Unless you reach out directly (and immediately)- or we have questions- you will not receive a proof prior to printing/shipping.  Please make sure all spelling and information is entered correctly.

        HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT YOU ABOUT CUSTOM WORK?

        • Please CONTACT US as soon as possible.  All custom work is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Due to the highly specialized nature of what we do, each project takes quite a bit of time and attention to detail and only allows us to take on a limited number of projects annually.  While we will make every effort to accommodate you, project timelines are determined by pending projects... and the sooner you reach out to us, the better!

        WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY WORDING?

        • Wording for personalized paper goods should be submitted in the notes section of the checkout process.  For custom projects and more involved products, we will reach out to you via email and you can respond with your pictures and/or personalized information.  Should you need to change your information after you have placed your order, please CONTACT US immediately.  We will make every effort to accommodate your change, however, once items are submitted to print, they cannot be changed.
